The Pacific Eagle is a proven Southern California sportfishing vessel operating out of Ventura Harbor Sportfishing in Ventura. Captained by Mike Mings, the 55-foot boat has built a strong reputation for productive full-day and overnight trips targeting Rockfish, Lingcod, Whitefish, Sheephead, Halibut, and seasonal gamefish along the Ventura and Channel Islands coastline. Originally built in 1973, the Pacific Eagle comfortably accommodates up to 24 anglers on a local trip and 15 anglers on an overnight trip. The boat features a hot galley and bunks for overnight adventures. With consistently impressive fish counts and decades of local experience, the Pacific Eagle remains a favorite among anglers looking for quality fishing, experienced crews, and access to some of the best waters in Southern California.
