Tim checked in for the Californian out of Ventura Harbor Sportfishing. We got out with 18 people this morning and ended up fishing on the beach to start. We ended up catching a handful of sand bass and a few calico bass. It was a one-anchor job on the beach, then we ended up running over to the islands after that. We did our rockfish thing and ended up with 118 rockfish, limits of reds, 12 lingcod, a handful of whitefish, and a few sheepshead. Then we headed back to the shallows and ended up catching 11 barracuda and just over 22 calico bass and some other odds and ends for our day. Tim has the latest fish report for you below.
